We cannot even begin to thank you for your generosity and loving support of The Dr. Michael Feinglass Cancer Foundation, dedicated to the fight against cancer. With sadness and broken hearts over the tragic loss of our son, Michael, from colon cancer, we committed ourselves to keeping his memory alive by helping other young cancer victims. Through Michael's extensive two year battle, we realized the many needs of the individuals. Now we are dedicated to improving treatments, comfort and care for young people living with cancer. I just want to thank you for your generous commitment of $75,000 to the University of Maryland Medical System Foundation toward the University of Maryland Greenbaum Cancer Center. Your commitment is important to us and is most appreciated. Dear Ellen and Jay - I just wanted to write you a quick note about the wonderful donation that we received yesterday. I came into the playroom today and was greeted by the sight of a fun center that is most beautiful thing I have seen donated to our pediatric floor. When I walked into the playroom on the pediatric ward at Sinai this morning, I saw a beautiful new toy for the children. I walked over to see what it was and immediately noticed the two plaques dedicating this wonderful toy to the kids from the Dr. Michael Fineglass Foundation. On behalf of all the campers, volunteers and staff associated with Camp Sunrise and the American Cancer Society, South Atlantic Division, Inc. I want to extend our deepest appreciation to you for your most generous donation of $5000.00 for the spomsership of five campers for the upcoming 2005 Camp Sunrise. On behalf of HopeWell Cancer Support, I extend my deepest thanks for your gift of $2,500 given on December 31, 2004 from the Dr. Michael Feinglass Foundation to sponsor a Young Adult Cancer Discussion Group.
